Not legal advice. This is a plain-language placeholder written by the people building the product, not by a lawyer. It needs review before PraiseSnap is used commercially.
The service
PraiseSnap lets you collect testimonials, approve them, and display them on your own website through an embedded script. You keep ownership of everything you collect.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. One person or organisation per account — teams and shared seats are not part of this version.
What you publish
You must have the submitter’s permission to display their words, name and photo. The consent checkbox on the collection form is there to get it, and we record when it was given. Do not publish invented testimonials, and do not edit one so that it says something the person did not mean.
We can remove content that is unlawful, or that a submitter tells us was published without their consent.
Payment
The Flat plan is $19 a month or $190 a year, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
If a payment fails, your widgets keep rendering. You will not be able to create or edit beyond the free limits, and the “Powered by” badge returns — but nothing already on your site goes blank.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Availability
We aim to keep the service and the embed endpoint available continuously, and the embed is served from a cache specifically so that a spike in your traffic does not depend on our servers being fast at that moment. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage, and claiming one would be a promise with no track record behind it.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and delete your content at any time. We may suspend an account being used unlawfully, or in a way that damages the service for others, and we will tell you why.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
