DMCA & Copyright

PraiseSnap hosts content submitted by users (testimonials, names, photos, links). We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content hosted or displayed through PraiseSnap infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@aipera.com including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if multiple works);
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — for testimonial content, please include the URL of the page where the widget or hosted wall displays it, and a description or screenshot of the specific item;
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that materially comply will be acted on expeditiously: we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it. Please note that under § 512(f), knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.
2. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to info@aipera.com including:
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, the District of Massachusetts), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the removed material.
3. Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Non-copyright complaints
For complaints that are not copyright claims — for example, a testimonial attributed to you that you did not authorize, defamation, privacy, or trademark concerns — email info@aipera.com with the URL and details. These are handled under our Terms of Service and applicable law rather than the DMCA, and we review them promptly.
5. Designated agent and address
Notices under this policy should be addressed to our designated copyright agent:
- Copyright Agent, Aipera Technology
- 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- info@aipera.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
Email reaches us fastest. The postal address is provided because the DMCA requires a designated agent to have one.
